![]() ![]() We expect the following education and experience: ![]() Provides guidance and recommendations to the business, HRBP, and other key HR stakeholders on compensation questions and decision-making.Supports the annual compensation cycle, including the compensation review process and decision-making, ensuring budget adherence, appropriate calibration, and analysis and summary of outcomes for stakeholder presentations.Serves as the HR Administrator while supporting the Company’s promotions process through partnership with the HRBP team to manage employee progression from a compensation perspective and track salary line growth.Participates in supporting the Talent Acquisition requisition and hiring process with regards to providing effective feedback by way of benchmarking and pricing jobs when required.Responsible for assisting in the completion of job evaluations while maintaining the integrity of the Company’s job leveling/grading structures, including maintenance of job descriptions, pay grades, job levels, and FLSA determinations.Accurately identifies FLSA components of jobs during the job creation process including, exemption level, EEO-1 Categories, and SOC Codes.Supports the maintenance of a base pay structure that balances market competitiveness with internal job worth, in alignment with the Company’s target positioning, philosophy and intent to pay-for-performance.Applies compensation policies on a day-to-day basis, including those related to job leveling/grading FLSA reviews base and incentive pay frameworks, pay grades, ranges and targets promotions and pay progression and severance planning.You will serve as a go-to subject-matter-expert, regarding all programs and processes – with particular focus on job leveling/grading FLSA reviews base and incentive pay frameworks pay grades, ranges and target maintenance promotions and pay progression. You will perform analytical and pragmatic research with detailed analyses, providing leadership with competitive market data across multiple US geographies.
